English support
The clinic's current foreign-visitor page explicitly says patients can communicate with a doctor in English. It also says the doctor can prepare an English medical certificate for travel insurance when needed.
Reception is not English-speaking
The same page says reception staff do not speak English. For foreign visitors, the clinic asks hotel or lodging staff to call on the patient's behalf when possible. If you have no one who can help, the clinic says you may come directly and the doctor will assist as much as possible.
Appointments and first visits
The clinic's first-visit guidance says appointments are prioritized and asks new patients to call before coming, including urgent patients. For this listing, phone-first is the best route when you have a Japanese-speaking helper available.
Clinical scope
The clinic publishes internal medicine and gastroenterology as core areas, along with digestive/endoscopy and colorectal care. Its site also lists general internal-medicine conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea and fever care.
Hours and foreign-visitor payment
Current published hours are generally 9:00–12:00 and 14:30–18:00 on weekdays, with Saturday 9:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00. Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, Sundays and holidays are closed, and Thursday mornings vary by week. Check the clinic site before going.
The clinic's foreign-visitor page separately lists a visitor medical-fee range of ¥50,000–¥100,000 and says payment is cash only, with the amount depending on the consultation, prescriptions and any English medical certificate. That visitor pricing should not be assumed to describe ordinary Japanese-insurance billing.
