Contact and corrections

Found something outdated or incomplete?

Send SEF the current information and, when possible, an official source. Business owners, staff, customers, residents, and visitors can all flag a listing that needs review.

What you can correct

Contact and access

Address, phone number, station access, official homepage, booking route, or branch information.

English support

Which part of the interaction can actually happen in English: booking, reception, consultation, menus, explanations, or follow-up.

Hours and eligibility

Opening times, appointment requirements, age ranges, resident eligibility, service scope, or a temporary closure/change.

What happens after you send it?

1. Identify the claim

We compare the requested correction with the current SEF wording and determine exactly what fact would change.

2. Check the strongest source

Provider-owned and official institutional sources take priority. Owner-supplied information is useful when its provenance is clear.

3. Update the public wording

If the evidence supports the change, the listing and its support label are updated. If the evidence is limited, the wording stays cautious.

Please do not send sensitive personal information.

For listing corrections, SEF does not need medical records, identification documents, passwords, payment-card information, or private case files. If your correction concerns a healthcare provider, describe the public-facing listing issue rather than your medical history.
