First-visit and reservation route
The clinic’s current first-visit guidance says initial consultations are by reservation. Its English page notes that the online reservation system is Japanese only and directs people who need English assistance to call.
Important language-support limits
The clinic explicitly says its English interpreter is not on duty every day. When the interpreter is unavailable, staff may use translation equipment such as Pocketalk. The clinic also says patients with language-barrier concerns may need to arrange their own interpreter and that treatment may be discontinued if communication difficulties make safe care impossible.
Practical access
The clinic is at 206-13 Nakakecho, about a short walk from Sendai Station’s east side. Current published reception hours are 9:00–11:30 and 14:00–17:00 on weekdays, with Saturday afternoon reception ending at 16:00; Wednesday afternoon, Sunday and public holidays are closed.
