What is easy to verify before you go
The restaurant’s current English page publishes its signature miso-marinated, salt-grilled, and mixed gyutan sets, currently from ¥2,200. The page also lists the Kokubuncho address, phone number, hours and card/cash payment information.
Dietary information
Ippuku explicitly says it is not halal certified and that traditional marinades/sauces use alcohol such as sake or mirin and other ingredients that are not compatible with halal dietary requirements. The current English page also identifies wheat, soybean and sesame allergens.
Hours and reservations
Current restaurant guidance lists lunch 11:30–15:00 and dinner 17:30–23:00, with last order at 22:00 and Sunday normally closed. Current Tabelog corporate information also reports reservations are available.
