English menu
The current HACHI Sendai Main Store page includes an English menu option directly on the store page. The previously inherited standalone English-menu URL is no longer the dependable destination, so SEF now links to the current store page instead.
Current location and hours
The store is on the third floor of JR Sendai Station in front of the Shinkansen south ticket gate. Current normal hours are 10:00–21:30 with last order at 21:00, open year-round.
Current visitor rules
The official page asks guests not to use the restaurant only for drinks/dessert during busy periods, notes that tables may be limited to one hour when crowded, and currently states that the Sendai Main Store is not handling telephone inquiries.
Language limits
An official English menu makes ordering more predictable, but SEF does not infer staff English ability or allergy-explanation support from the menu alone. Ask in person about ingredients if a restriction is important.
